No seriously the Times Dispatch says we did... just read it for yourself. It is nice to see that Richmond is at the forefront of this "green" roof movement. Now I wonder if I can plant stuff on my roof... because seriously the only thing that seems to grow on roofs in my neighborhood is satellite dishes.
